[TriLUG] RH9 Dual Boot with Win98

i jsut thought of something

to make sure i dont mess with the win disk at all, can i take it out 
and do the install to the other HD, then put the Win HD back in, and 
set the boot loader? or is it alright to leave both drives in and just 
let it set up the boot loader itself?
