On a Debian system, install jade or openjade1.3 or openjade, docbook (SGML) or
docbook-xml and docbook-dsssl from your regular mirror.  I can provide the
makefile I use to create html, ps, pdf, dvi, txt, and rtf if you'd like.  This
is basically an SGML toolchain, but it works just as well for DocBook XML.
