[TriLUG] OT: Dvorak at it again - Wants the gov. to "license"computer users

One question...will this license get rid of the "how do I turn on my
mouse" questions?  If so, I am all for it!

yes, but then again, that would be either cost prohibitive to small 
developers or terribly expensive to run for all apps, and would no 
doubt lose money...wait, this could be a government program! :p
