# urpmi.admedia medianame ftp://server.com/path/to/rpms/with/stuff  \
	with ./relative/path/to/hdlist.cz

And creating a urpmi-friendly directory is not that difficult:

# genhdlist /path/to/rpms/

And from the GUI, it's equaly easy. Fill in the blanks with the proper info.
