[TriLUG] hosts.allow --> small range statement

hi all-

how can i specify a small range of ip's in a hosts.allow file (in a 
short statement rather than specifying ip's individually) .....

say from 192.168.1.200 to 192.168.1.212

i see how to do an entire 192.168.1.x ... but i cannot find any 
examples on the web.
