HELP

I am taking a cisco class and had to install flash to view the online 
presentations. Installed flash and everything was working fine until I shut 
down my linux box.  It wont play the presentations any more.  If I try to run 
the rpm again it says already installed.

how do i get it going again?

I have to keep switching to windoze so I can take my class.
