Hmmm.... Nice rant, bad assumptions. IP blocks are very hard to come-by
now-a-days and very few folks have control over their DNS reverse
look-ups <which is a royal-PITA>.
I like the rest of it though. And the verification via the backup mail
server would really put the kibosh on the virus-as-an-mta/mua thingy.
