close - watch out for that relayhost definition :)

I went from this (I use Earthlink Cable, since my DirecTiVo's mean no
bundling cost savings with TWC):

transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport
#relayhost = smtp.earthlink.net

to this:

#transport_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/transport
relayhost = smtp.earthlink.net

but, yeah, for you, it'll be smtp-server.nc.rr.com (no @ :)
