Odd - I've had RHN for a couple years or so now, and the notifications
of new vuln. has always worked.

I have to admit that particular facet of RHN was the one that always
seemed flakiest, and was likely the area that I filed the most
bugzilla entries over WRT RHN, but it, in the general sense, "worked"
