[TriLUG] Spamassassin 2.60 is out

Yeah, I know you can read freshmeat to get project announcements, but I
wanted to point this one out, as I noticed more and more spam is getting
smarter and getting through my SA 2.55 installation.  SA 2.60 should
reduce that.
