This is always a tough challenge. A lot of clients (even larger ones)
use Access databases. Our solution is to move the data over to SQL and
setup the forms in HTML.

Clients don't like the conversion costs, but are generally very happy
with the increased portability of their applications.  As a side benefit
the data gets audited and cleaned up.
