[TriLUG] IRC k-line; use dargo instead of moya

For some reason, moya.trilug.org got banned from the Freenode IRC network 
through a "K-line".

If you got kicked off, just ssh to "dargo.trilug.org" and run irssi from 
there, and you should be able to reconnect.

Sorry about the problem... we are contacting Freenode staff right now to 
see why this happened.
