[TriLUG] Firewall Rules - Uploading FTP

Hey Guys --

I KNOW I need to read up on my writing rules for firewalling.. and I will
I promise :-).  But I need a little help until then.. needing to get an
FTP box up real quick..

I'm setting up vsFTP and I want a rule stating that 'only users from this
network can connect & upload via ftp'...

Can anyone give me an example of what I might need?
