[TriLUG] file recovery utility for ext2?

Does anyone know of a utility to recover an "rm'd" file on Linux? A  
"friend of mine" accidently deleted a very important file containing  
days of work. (Of course I always do a backup every day and carefully  
type out "rm" and so would never have this problem.)
