[TriLUG] OOo1.1 and RH9

This is true for the "stock" OOo installation, but Red Hat linux RPMs
normally avoid this.  However there are still some issues to be worked
out, apparently.  There's a lot of discussion of this on the
"fedora-test-list at redhat.com" mailing list.
