[TriLUG] AOL up to it's old tricks

AOL has a new anti-spam policy in effect.  If you email more than say 20
messages to AOL in less than 30 minutes it will lock out your server
for  a few hours.  Note: I don't know the actual values, and AOL isn't
talking, but this is a common problem that keeps cropping up on the
Mailman lists.
