i just re-read my posting and i believe that it sounds like i'm saying
that phillip's posting was ' ... in crude form ...'. that is not what i
meant to say. i meant to say that my synopsis might be ' ... in crude
form ...'.

the synopsis that was started by Phillip (in very crude form,
admittedly) is now posted at www.StanBriggs.com. under 'Public
Interests' you'll see a 'User Groups' link. that page points to the
'starting a business' summary. i just glanced over it again and must
still admit that this group generated some real contribution to the
subject.
