[TriLUG] apt and mirrors.trilug inaccessible.

Anyone know why I can't access the trilug apt repository or the html page?

this is in my /etc/apt/sources.list
rpm http://<e-mail>:<member#>@mirrors.trilug.org/apt redhat/9/en/i386 os updates

But when I execute 'apt-get update' I get the following error:

Failed to fetch 
http://<e-mail>:<member#>@mirrors.trilug.org/apt/redhat/9/en/i386/base/srclist.updates 
Could not connect to mirrors.trilug.org:80 (64.244.27.139). - connect (111 Connection refused)

Also, the mirrors.trilug.org web page is blocked to me.
http://mirrors.trilug.org

This worked some time ago.
