Well, after looking at this and seeing the same thing, I too thought that 
flash on Fedora wasn't going to happen.

After a couple of google searches, I kept hearing about compat-libstdc++ packages.

Sure enough, these are part of Fedora, just not installed by default.  

Install them and flash works.
