Yeah,
Zero out the drive I believe should do it!
Boot with Knoppix
Or
Toms Root Boot Disk will work http://www.toms.net/rb/
>From a root command prompt:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/hda bs=512 count=65536
This will write zeroes to the first 32mb of your Hard Drive.
