I've been very happy with Shutterfly.  It is well integrated into the 
Gallery system I run (http://gallery.yonderway.com) and when you sign up 
you get 15 free 4x6 prints.  They also print your comments on the back if 
you want to record date, place, names of people in the shot, etc.
