Great, thanks! However, I read that wondershaper is a real CPU hog...
is that true? Also, it said it had a "small impact on bandwidth", but I
think it las a very large impact: without wondershaper I was getting
about 1496 Kb/s down (when my apache server isn't being hit hard), with
wondershaper I was getting 492 Kb/s! That's a huge difference!
Also, does anyone know about Emerging Technologies' ET/BWMGR software?
