[TriLUG] kmenu shortcuts - anybody have them working?

just to followup - i just upgraded to kde 3.1.4-09x.1 from the kde.org
rhl9 rpms, and still have the same problem.  i'm guessing it might be
something else on my particular system interfering - poking around in
bugzilla, i see bugs on shortcut behavior, but none on them not working at
all...
