act is a fairly popular database front end that has a lot of fancy forms,
reports and queries. the program has been some what of a cracker jacks
pass-around-pack and has bounced from vendor to vendor over the years. it
landed in best software's hands. they came out with a web version yet only
support the winblows platform.
one who comes out with a competitive product in the open source realm will
earn many, many sheckles...

I have no clue what an "ACT!" is. But surely there surely is some CRM
for Linux.
