-modest pentium 3 (500mhz) or faster is fine. dual proc is nice but not necessary -512mb ram or something in that range -min 4 hot swap scsi disks (i don't need the disks but it must include the trays) -between 2U and 4U chassis -must have dual hot swap power supplies if anyone has a line on something like this please contact me privately. thanks - jason
