[TriLUG] Burning .dmg images in Linux - Solution Found

Hello,

First, let me admit that I have no idea what the TriLUG is or where 
it's located, but I have some information for at least two people (Ken 
Mink and Bradford Powell). I would have emailed them directly but the 
Google posts referencing their posts did not contain their email 
addresses, so I joined the list.

In short, the suggestion Bradford Powell gave to Ken Mink about running 
dd on the device file for the image *does work* and produces a file 
that works with cdrecord, producing a flawless disc. The trick is 
running umount on its mount point first, to get around the 'device in
