[TriLUG] .wav to .mp3

The reason I want to convert to an MP3 is to assure that I will be
playable on a cd player.  Some dont seem to handle the wave file.
By the way, quality here is NOT an issue.  It is a recording of my son
on an on air radio broadcast.
