My husband and father-in-law both received letters from the time period
that they worked at Duke in sys admin jobs. I think when I glanced at
the letters it said you have to provide proof of purchase with certain
things. I remember thinking - yeah right! Who's gonna have original
packaging information (like CAs) from the early/mid 1990s? along with
proof of purchase? Then again I may be surprised. Guess we'll see.
