[TriLUG] OT: Lotus Notes - Aliased Domain Question

Good Evening,

Sorry for the OT post but I am getting stuck on a mail routing issue.

I have a new alias companyabc.com that I want to bring in globally to all
my users.

So if I am shawn at xyz.com I want the alias to come in as
shawn at companyabc.com also.

I have  configured the Alias in the global domain document and restarted
the router.

Alas, I can not bring in any mail.

We have another alias which is working fine.

Essentially I just plugged in the new alias where the initial alias was.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
