[TriLUG] Front panel USB and Firewire connectors

I bought a pair of Antec front USB 5.25" bay headers and ports for about 
12 bucks each.  Even doubles as 3.5" drive rails.  Here's one link I 
found real quick on froogle.

I don't know about the fireware.
