Hi folks,

If you are a trilug member with a membership number and don't yet
have a trilug shell account but would like one, please feel free
to try out a brand new BETA web form where you can request an account.
The form can be found at

http://members.trilug.org/accountrequest/

Previously, if you wanted a TriLUG shell account you had to
either contact an administrator at an official TriLUG function
or e-mail myself or Jeremy Portzer an initial password encrypted
to our GPG keys. Now, hopefully, with this form, it will be much
easier. The form, which works over SSL (so you'll have to accept
the trilug SSL certificate) handles encrypting the account
request (with initial password) and e-mailing it to an administrator.
So, if you've wanted a trilug shell account and been put off
because you didn't want to setup GPG or couldn't get to a meeting,
please feel free to try this form out.

Note that to get to the form you will need your trilug membership
number and registered e-mail address, just like you need to access
the trilug software mirrors.

Cheers,
Tanner Lovelace
