Actually, MandrakeSoft is doing good.  They fired all the "professional" guys 
that put MandrakeSoft in such dire straits.

In fact, MandrakeSoft just had benefits this last quarter. It is generally 
believed that the judge will get the company out of "French chapter 11" 
pretty soon.
