[TriLUG] [Fwd: Time difference logged when restart named]

On RHEL WS 3.0:

Each time when I restart named (BIND 9.2.2), I got the log message
from /var/log/messages showing that all named operations were logged
with the time that is 5 hours ahead of my system clock.  Is there
anything wrong ?

I did not remember seeing this before on RH9.
