[TriLUG] Adding to LogFile

I am in the process of writing a script and I want the output to go to a
file.  I want to keep adding to this file every time the script runs.  I
don't want the new to write over the old just add to it.  I have done this
before so I know it can be done just can't remember the command to make it
do it.  Any help is appreciated.
