yet they would allow someone with malicious intentions to possibly pose 
as you and get more information. maybe even reset your network password 
if they get a lacadasical operatir in the campus IT department.

I highly recommend Kevin Mitnick's book, The Art of Deception for a 
good look at social engineering and how .sig's like yours make it 
easier to accomplish.

Furthermore, I hope that your mailman password would not allow someone 
to "crack the university network" as the many references to the mailman 
pages have identified that it says to use a trivial password.
