[TriLUG] [OT] hi-speed access in Efland (MebTel?)

Ok so Mebtel said we'd have access by the end of March.  It's April 2nd 
and I can't wait any longer.  Anyone had experience with any satellite 
internet services?  MebTel, Verizon, and Bellsouth do not have DSL 
coverage to my house and neither does TWC.

I'd really prefer DSL/Cable to satellite but I really need hi-speed 
access for work and I've already waited over a month (since 2/20) for 
MebTel to hook us up.  Any suggestions/warnings?
