Tuesday, April 13, the Linux Users Group at NCSU will be participating
in the Media Democracy Fair at NCSU. We will have a table setup at the
south end of the Freedom of Expression tunnel on the NCSU campus in
Raleigh, North Carolina, where we will be running demos on two Linux
laptops as well as handing out Linux CDs and talking to people about OSS
and Linux. Our table will be setup from 11AM-4PM.

As part of the Media Democracy Fair we will be giving two presentations
on the same day, April 13. From 11:00AM-Noon, Heather Heinz and Ed
Anderson will be giving a presentation on "Open Source and Switching to
Linux". From 3PM-4PM, Tim O'Shea and Adam Mondl will be presenting on
"File Sharing between Windows and Linux".

The next formal meeting will be Tuesday, April 13 at 7:30 pm in Cox 400
on the NCSU campus. The tentative schedule is:

* Introductions / What is the LUG
* Talk: Introduction to Linux by Heather Heinz
* General Questions and Answers

Meeting schedules, installfest details, and a pointer to the campus map
with directions can be found on the LUG website at:
