Sure there is.  Joe Consumer goes to CompUSA and doesn't know
any better.  Joe has never heard of Intrex...and probably would
laugh at the mom-n-pop atmosphere if he walked into the store.
Joe also believes the salesman who says that the gold-coated
connectors will make his computer faster.

They are charging what the market will bear...and probably
selling a lot more cables than Intrex.
