Stephan,
There are compaines that do this.
Have here call the tech support line for her hardfile and they should be
able to give her
the name of the company that does this kind of work. Have her be
prepared for a BIG bill, maybe thee figures.
I looked into this after a hardfile crash and it was expensive then and
I bet its more
expensive now.
