[TriLUG] Withdrawl of nomination

Regrettably, I have to withdrawl myself from the nominations for TriLUG SC.
I do not believe I'll have time this year to dedicate to making this
wonderful organization move forward. With that, I think that my stepping
down would be the best thing for the organization. I will still be involved,
but the time needed by an SC member will just not be there for me to devote
to the LUG that I should.
