Yes, I agree that family is more important than being a geek.  Acutually I
taking extra days off next week and should get to do some hiking with the
family in the mountains of boone.  My six year old did a 4.5 mile hike a
couple of months ago and didn't get carried once.  He complained a little
but hiked the whole way.
