I own a SimpleTech 4-in-1 USB cardreader and use it with Fedora Core 1. 
While all slots are assigned drives under WinXP, Linux seems to only see 
the CompactFlash slot, for some reason. My guess is the USB support for 
these devices is Not Quite There Yet.

Make sure you've got SCSI Disk support in the kernel or module, of 
course. And USB Mass Storage, natch.
