somewhere that I should send this job posting to. I have a position
available at one of our client sites that is a one year contract with
the possibilities of extensions. This position is a 2nd shift position.

This person will be performing Unix admin duties on Sun Solaris, AIX,
Red Hat Linux boxes. The position is to handle trouble tickets that
pop up in the admins queue from the alert system in the NOC. This is
a 24x7 NOC environment. They must be willing to perform different
shift work.
The best way to describe the work is to vision that you are calling
your bank. When you speak your account number the IVR converts that
into data and sends it to the server, which tells the IVR system what
to say next. This is the system that they are performing maintenance
and monitoring support on. All of this runs on Unix boxes and they
must be able to determine if it is a communication issue with the
routers, switches, etc or if it is a software issue or a server issue.
