[TriLUG] server not workin

i am trying to set up a webserver on my lin box (mandrake 9.2)
i am almost certin that im running apache 2

i installed apache when i installed linux i have done nothing on the 
computer except for installed and updated it.

on the lin box itself if i type in localhost then it loads with out a 
problem.

on the other computers, it wont go. we have checked to make sure that apache 
is running on the lin box and it is.

i have booted up linux on a laptop (a different computer) and it works, both 
local host and ip.

so why doesnt it work?
