No, in my case these are highly reliable nameservers from NCREN (run by
MCNC).  Never had a problem.  If they aren't working, it probably means
the Internet connection isn't working either.  :-)

Folks are also welcome to use moya.trilug.org for their name services,
as I do on my home servers.
