Well then, I'll rephrase it:

"I suppose that could be true for apps that were not developed
with an emphasis on ease-of-installation."

Many Linux apps fall under this description...regardless of the
developement language that was used.


I stand by my original assertion: apps with a good, streamlined
installation process look no different from any other application...
on Linux or any other platform.
