[TriLUG] best web hosting company?

I've been very happy with pair (http://www.pair.com) They have a basic
FTP account for $5.95/month, and an advanced plan that has
MySQL/PHP/Perl for $17.95/month.  I also use their DNS services
(www.pairnic.com) for a lot of my clients.  They only host on FreeBSD,
and really seem to know what they are doing.

Any suggestions for a web hosting company?  I'm not looking to break the

looking for something inexpensive.  I'd also like to register a .com and
