There was a pretty good article about ENUM a couple of years ago in the
Internet Protocol Journal

For those who might not be familiar with it, the IPJ is a very nice
quarterly publication put out by Cisco. Back issues are available for
download, and mail subscriptions are (the last I looked) free.
