Which way is the "one way" communication?  This is an indication of
either a routing problem or a firewall problem.  The side hearing the
sound is receiving UDP packets, the side not hearing the sound is *not*
receiving UDP packets from the other phone.

Are both phones on the internet or hidden behind NAT firewalls?
