[TriLUG] grub and lilo problem

Hi Jason,

Thanks for your prompt reply...Unfortunately, I had tried lilo but it 
does not work...I think the problem is that for some reason linux is 
reading a different geometry versus the one read by the bios. I am also 
suspecting that it has to do with the settings in the setup that is 
causing the problem, but I am not too sure what is it. Since it is a 
relatively new hardware, sometimes they bring settings that far from 
doing one a favor they make things more complicated--specially when it 
comes to a linux environment, since manufacturers always have in mind is 
a windows user...
thanks once again...I will continue battling with it...
